Prayer is one of the most important rituals of Islam. Indeed every hours of daily life of a Muslim is systematically organized by prayer. It has a top standing with regard to Islamic practices. Because, prayer is considered to be connection to God.
Prayers are performed in the morning, noon, afternoon, evening and night. The exact times of prayers are shown in theological books in details. Furthermore, there in those books can be found explanations about joining prayers (combination of two prayers).
The times are valid for each year. For the preparation of those times it is applied to extensive researches and consulted to scientific centres and different reliable sources. Although we are certain the times to be accurate, it is recommended to take account of a few minutes margin of being certain.
Because in the northern hemisphere during the months of June and July, entire darkness at night does not happen, the time of Morning Prayer is adjusted as 60 – 90 minutes before sunrise.
